Tri-Nations Event Expressions of Interest for 2nd Australian Team
Expressions of Interest for 2ND Australian Team for Tri-Nations event between Australia, New Zealand, and Indonesia.
Australia will participate in an online (RealBridge) event on the weekend of 11th and 12th December 2021.
Two teams from each nation in each of the Open, Women’s, Mixed, and Seniors will be invited to participate.
The first Australian Team, in each category, has been determined.
This announcement is to call for Expressions of Interest for the 2nd Australian Team in each of the Open, Women’s, Mixed, and Seniors categories.
Teams wishing to participate shall comprise two or three pairs. Players are only able to nominate in one team. Contingent nominations or nominations in multiple categories will not be accepted. NPC’s for the first Australian Team are eligible to nominate, but must not nominate in the category for which they are the NPC.
Determination of the second team, if there is more than one expression of interest in a category, shall be by selection. The selection criteria will be teams of two or three pairs of strong demonstrated partnership performance that are likely to contribute to future Australian International team performances.
Expressions of Interest may include a short statement as to how they meet the selection criteria, although this is not obligatory. Expressions of Interest shall be emailed to peter.reynolds@abf.com.au prior to 5pm AEDT Friday 29 October 2021.
