The Supplemental Conditions of Contest
Each player, NPC, Coach and any other team official is required to sign the Players’ Commitment form. In order to avoid confusion on site, each of player and official are to sign a copy of the form and, if possible, send them either in PDF or Word format to the ABF Secretariat as soon as possible.
If you are unable to do this then the Captain must bring copies and register them at Hospitality when he or she arrives on site.
PLEASE NOTE that any transnational teams entering the World Transnational Open Teams Championship are also required to sign the Commitment.
Systems Registration: All players in the Bermuda Bowl, Venice Cup and d’Orsi Seniors Trophy are required to register their systems no later than 15th July 2015. The full regulations for registration of systems are in the Supplemental Conditions of Contest. Please note that Brown Sticker Conventions and HUM systems are only permitted during the KO stages of the Bermuda Bowl and Venice Cup, and are not permitted at any stage of the d’Orsi Seniors Trophy. Any such system must be registered at the same time as the system to be used in the Round Robin. Systems must be registered with the ABF Secretariat by email.
Anti Doping Tests and TUE Certification Any of the players in the Bermuda Bowl, Venice Cup and World Transnational Open Teams may be required to take an anti-doping test during the Championships. Please ensure all players are fully aware of the Anti Doping regulations and ensure that if they are taking ANY prohibited medication they should apply immediately for a TUE (Therapeutic Exemption Certificate) following very carefully the instructions regarding provision of their medical history and ensuring the doctor explains in detail why they are receiving a prohibited medication rather than a different type of medication that is not on the prohibited list. Please also ensure that they are aware of the dangers of taking supplementary over-the-counter medications.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR SENIORS: The WBF Anti-Doping Rules say that the Players considered to be International-Level Players for purposes of the Anti-Doping Rules are only the players participating in the Bermuda Bowl and Venice Cup. Players from the BB and VC dropping into the Transnational may still be tested, but not the Seniors or players who did not play in those two events.
Please also make yourselves aware of the following:
Hotel reservations: Venue and the various hotel options with special rates organised by the Local Organising Committee. It is recommended that you reserve the accommodation for your teams as soon as possible.

The WBF are also updating their Facebook page regularly with additional information so if you go to it and “like” it you should get updates on your own newsfeed. Perhaps you could pass this link on to your players and officials as well, as they may find it interesting and useful.
Subsidies: A subsidy of $2700 will be paid on the 1st July 2015 with Captains receiving a further $300. Teams that make the Round of 16 or later stages of the event will receive additional financial assistance of $150 per day for the time they remain in the main event. Players knocked out of their respective main event at the Round Robin stage may remain on and contest the World Transnational Teams for which additional financial assistance of $100 per day is payable.
