For many of us, December is a time of reflection, as we look back at what we achieved. As I reflect on the year that was 2021, I am inspired by endless examples of our volunteers, contractors and employees being agile, resilient and courageous in change. It’s the people I have worked with and alongside that have shaped the ABF’s plans for the new year. I head into 2022 with a buzz of excitement for what’s ahead.

It takes a village to make all things happen and I couldn’t feel more grateful to the tribe of extraordinary people who support us all on a daily basis.
